Ajith ,Shalini were wedded on 24th of April in 2000 in Chennai. It was a great ceremony in Chennai where they invited many Kollywood actors and actresses. The special invitees are Rajnikanth, Vijay , Kamal Hasan, Surya and R. Madhavan . It was a private ceremony limited to family members and close friends only. On Jan 3rd 2008, at 1.30am Shalini delivered a baby girl weighing 3.3 kilos. The baby girl of these stars named Anoushka. Fans of Shalini expecting the baby girl to be a “Baby Anoushka” following the footsteps of her mother
